A sanctuary means a space of rest; a safe space to let yourself be completely at peace, to recover, to heal. With 2020 here in full force and coming down from the high of the holidays and our honeymoon, I was in need of finding a sanctuary – or a place to recharge my batteries and practice some much needed self-care. Luckily, I found my own little slice of bliss right here in the middle of Los Angeles – the Larchmont Sanctuary Day Spa. Located in the historic Larchmont Village (one of my favorite neighborhoods for eating out!), this boutique, full-service spa offers a wide variety of both individual and couples treatments in the most peaceful of atmospheres.

I’ve been to spas at various large hotels in Los Angeles, as well as both boutique and chain massage studios, but nothing I’ve ever been to compared to this. From the moment you walk through Larchmont Sanctuary Spa’s door, you are peacefully transported to a world where you have no cares and no worries. Your number one goal is to just breathe, just chill. Their spa menu is vast – you can choose from a list of their refreshing facials, waxing services, therapeutic massages, salt therapies, treatments, hydrotherapies, body treatments (scrubs and wraps), and more. The spa is also unique in that it offers oncology services specifically for those who are currently experiencing, or have recovered from, cancer. They also offer services for women who are expecting – both pre-natal and post-natal. And, pro tip: check out their seasonal specials on their website before you book any services to get the best bang for your buck.

Larchmont Sanctuary Day Spa puts your wellness at the forefront of their services and will listen carefully to your needs before each of your services. You can choose to receive your service in the various cozy indoor spaces or outside in the relaxing gardens by way of bungalow or cabana. I’ve also been on a “clean kick” the last year or so – only using make-up and personal hygiene products that are free of preservatives, parabens, artificial fragrances, and that are cruelty-free (I use the Think Dirty app to look up any product before I purchase)  – so, I was so pleased to learn that Larchmont Sanctuary Spa uses clean products only, full of natural and organic ingredients.

During my day of relaxation and recovery at the Larchmont Sanctuary Spa, I opted for the Complete Relaxation package. At a blissful 220 minutes long, I started with the Coppertino Bath Experience, enjoyed an amazing 60-minute Swedish Relaxation Massage, and ended with the True Transformation Facial with a Vitamin-C add-on (for sun spots, wrinkles, and more). As you can imagine, the time went by so quickly, but I thoroughly enjoyed each and every minute of relaxation. I left feeling so much lighter and more free – it felt like the stress I must have been carrying heavily on my shoulders had completed washed away. Also, my skin! The skin on my face was so vibrant and glowy from the facial (my first ever facial). The facial was my favorite part of the whole experience.

The attention to detail (warm robes and slippers? Complimentary healthy snacks and rejuvenating refreshments? 100% yes, please), the care of the service providers, the customer service, and the overall atmosphere of this spa have made me want to return again and again (and then, again). If you’re in the need for some well-deserved relaxation as you begin this new decade, look no further. Every dollar you spend at the Larchmont Sanctuary Spa will be worth it. Because, trust me, you’re worth it.

Hi,

I was just going through different SPA in Los Angeles and found you on the 15th page of google search.

Just a friendly suggestion, I saw that you did not have SSL on your website that means your website shows as http and not https Actually, having a SSL is crucial on google.

Also I found this article telling the importance of it LINK - https://gretathemes.com/why-you-need-ssl-certificate/

So you can get the SSL on your own also, it's super easy. Or you can get a professional to do it for you for dirt cheap 3-5 bucks. It will take 5 minutes.

You can find them here LINK- https://bit.ly/3b7OoJs

I hope it helps you.
Have a good day.
